Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We use UPS and USPS for shipping providers. During checkout you will have the option to select providers and desired service. The shipping cost is based on these factors. Our goal is to provide the customer with options so they can choose which service is right for them. Shipping costs can be avoided by selecting "Local Pick Up".



Q: How can I search within a category/subcategory?
A: Go to the Advanced Search link at the bottom of the page. You will be able to search by category/subcategory and/or keyword. You will also have the option to limit your search by product name and/or manufacturer as well as price range.
